Good Time Charlie's Kitchen was founded in 2010 in East Hampton, NY. The name comes from an old idea: the best food is the food that gets people to linger at the table a little longer.
That's still the whole philosophy. Every bag of Granola Bark is made in small batches — oats toasted, nuts roasted, seeds mixed in, all of it bound together with a touch of maple and broken by hand into rustic, uneven pieces.
Nothing artificial, nothing rushed. Just a snack worth sharing.
